Seamlessness, luminosity and effortlessness are the hallmarks of Marc Reagan’s approach to makeup—a style honed through nearly two decades of professional experience spanning the editorial, fashion and commercial worlds. “For me, makeup is about revealing and enhancing the beauty that already exists,” he says.

Born and raised in San Francisco, CA, Marc began his journey in makeup artistry while pursuing a Fine Arts degree in college, where a stint at a local Nordstrom beauty counter revealed his passion for both artistry and human connection: “There is an element of creating and then there is the observation and appreciation for what is in front of me when I work with someone.”

After graduating, Marc set out to build a career in makeup artistry, beginning at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics in 2004. During his 14-year tenure, he established himself as one of the top talents, regularly assisting Bobbi Brown herself and ultimately ascending to the role of Global Director of Artistry in 2016. In 2018, Marc joined Hourglass Cosmetics where he developed and elevated the skills and techniques of the brand’s makeup artists in addition to leveraging his expertise for global brand strategies, educational programs and product development. In 2022, he returned to his Bobbi Brown family, entering the role of Executive Director, Global Artistry & Consumer Experience.

Marc has been the lead makeup artist for numerous New York Fashion Week and Bridal shows. His editorial work has been featured in top magazines and newspapers. And he is regularly asked to share his insights on beauty and makeup trends in digital and print publications globally. Most importantly, Marc works with celebrities, influencers, and everyday people, helping them to look and feel their best.

Marc currently resides in the Hudson Valley, NY.
